Springwood Soccer - COACH!

well i have been roped into doing the coaching for aidans soccer club. this will be interesting as the training time is tuesdays at 5.00-6.00pm which means i will have to catch the early train. i found this good resource on line

MTB - trailflix and ride

i visited trailflix.com.au again to see if they had any new rides and low and behold there is a ride only about 5 kms away from home. trailfix is a great site for MTB ride information. props to the guys.

MTB - Torpedo

Torpedo seems to be the place to go to buy cheap as shit MTB stuff. i just purchased a pair of these in chrome... not the pink as well as some slicks.
